We are so lucky to be situated in the lovely Derbyshire village of Findern. 

Many of our Residents come from the surrounding local villages such as Willington, Repton, Newton Solney, Etwall as well as other areas such as Mickleover, Littleover and Hilton. We are ideally located in the middle of Derby and Burton upon Trent.
